(ĐN)- A total of VND 586 million was raised from a special art programme in Dong Nai on April 30 by organisations, individuals and businesses to support soldiers on the nation’s sea and islands.
The art performance was co-organised by the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Dong Nai Radio and Television and the Naval Force. At the event, many songs and dances in praise of Vietnamese naval soldiers were performed by singers and the Navy’s Art and Music Troupes from Ho Chi Minh city. This was the first event of its kind in Dong Nai that aimed to raise money to support soldiers stationed on the country’s sea and islands.
