(ĐN)- So far this year, 956 poor households in Dong Nai have received preferential loans worth a total of VND9.2 billion for developing production, according to the province’s Steering Committee for Hunger Eradication and Poverty Reduction Programme. Among them, 504 were new borrowers and 452 were re-borrowers.
The province is expected to disburse VND100 billion in loans for 8,000 poor households in 2010.
