(ĐN)- According to the Dong Nai Provincial Centre for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control, nearly 100 HIV-infected children in the province are receiving free of charge health care and treatment with ARV medicines. In addition, HIV-infected children enjoy the support from the provincial HIV/AIDS prevention and control program.
At present, the campaign to prevent mother-to-child transmission of HIV is being promoted in Dong Nai to reduce the number of new children with HIV/AIDS.
