(ĐN)- Tuong Tro Vuon Len (Interdependent) Association was established in 1990 by Mr. Le Duc Hien, a successful entrepreneur in Suoi Cat 1 hamlet, Suoi Cat commune, Xuan Loc district. Being a handicapped people, Duc has always made great efforts to overcome difficulties to achieve success in his life and help other disabled people.

In the past time, the association cooperated with charity organizations to teach and provide vocational training and IT training courses to thousand of handicapped people inside and outside the district. Besides, the association provided zero interest rate loans totaling more than VND100 million to its members for production purposes, created favorable conditions for members to join in Camps for the Disabled in Suoi Tien, Da Lat, Can Tho and Vung Tau, improve their material and moral living conditions.
On the occasion of his working visit to Xuan Loc district, Former Deputy minister of Labour, War invalids and Social Affairs Tran Vinh Quang highly appreciated the activities of the association and encouraged its members to continue upholding its achievements. He also stressed that the local authorities and community should cooperate with the association to train people with disabilities and provide them with stable jobs.
