(ĐN)- On Feb. 22, Department of Child Protection and Care held a meeting to deploy its work in 2010. Accordingly, the department will continue to speed up the care and protection of children, implement programs of taking care of children’s health.
(ĐN)- On Feb. 22, Department of Child Protection and Care held a meeting to deploy its work in 2010. Accordingly, the department will continue to speed up the care and protection of children, implement programs of taking care of children’s health, cooperate with related agencies to raise funds to offer free heart operations, prevent children accidents and injuries. Attending the meeting was representatives from Committees for Child Protection and Care in the provincial districts and city.
At the meeting, the participants had a experience exchange with individuals and collectives who made positive contributions to the care and protection of children, bringing in happiness and smiles for thousands of children in difficult circumstances.
Since the beginning of the year, the department cooperated with hospitals to provide free heart and eyes surgeries to four poor children.
