At the ceremony, the union awarded certificates of merits to 141 students from primary to university level who are children of state employees and armed forces personnel in the province. In the past time, the students have made their best efforts to overcome difficulties to be high academic achievers. This is the tenth time the union has organized this event.
At the honoring ceremony, the provincial Labor Union awarded 90 scholarships worth VND500,000 each to outstanding students living in difficult circumstances.
