(ĐN)- 138 children who were the winners of preliminary rounds of the children’s painting competition 2009 entitled “the colour of childhood” took part in the final round held at Phan Van Tri Park in Bien Hoa city on June 21. The 2009 painting contest under the theme of “Friendly environment” attracted the participation of a large number of pupils from primary and junior high schools across the province. Their pictures reflected the wide range of child imagination and their thoughts about Dong Nai province. The event was organized annually by the province’s Children Culture House. The event was aimed at raising children’s awareness of environmental protection.
