(ĐN)- On April 16, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai presided over a meeting to review two years of implementation of Resolution No. 77 of the provincial People’s Council on mobilizing social capital from people and state budget in order to invest in construction of infrastructures in communes, wards and townships.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai suggested that the localities should make more efforts to encourage the people and organizations participation in infrastructure development, evaluate the management and use of infrastructures in localities. During the past two years, Dong Nai has mobilized over VND124 billion for infrastructure development projects across the province. More than VND20 billion of the total came from the provincial budget, VND15.9 billion from communal and district budget, and the remaining VND92 billion contributed by the local people and organizations.
