The movement with aim to encourage all people, particularly families of HIV carriers, drug addicts and prostitutes, to take an voluntary part in anti-HIV/AIDS activities is initiated by the Health Ministry in co-ordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the National Committee for Prevention and Control of AIDS, Drug Addictions and Prostitution.
