At the seminar, the participants contributed many practical ideas for encouraging the linking of training as well as making effective use of employees in the enterprises. Most of the delegates believed that the link will bring about practical benifits for both students and enterprises. Accordingly, the university will train its students to meet the needs of the enterprises, on the contrary, the enterprises will create many opportunities for students to practice and work there.
