Around 59,382 laborers in Dong Nai were provided vocational training in 2007-08. The province is home to more than 60 vocational training centres and colleges, the figure is expected to increase to 90 by 2010.
In this school year, Dong Nai will strive to provide vocational training for about 57,000 laborers, helping to raise the rate of the province’s skilled laborers to 39%, Director of Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs Le Thi My Phuong said at the meeting.
