Recently, Dong Nai Newspaper has held a ceremony to review the first and second phrase of the writing contest on “Follow Ho Chi Minh’s Moral Example”
The contest has attracted the participation of workers, farmers, intellectuals, students and many others. About 3,641 writings honoring individuals and collectives who actively study and follow the President’s moral example were sent.
At the ceremony, the organizing committee awarded a first prize to Bui Thi Trang, former students of Nguyen Trai high school in Bien Hoa city; two second prizes were granted to Captain Pham Van Hong in Regiment No.31, Division No.309 and Nguyen Quoc Hoan, member of war veteran association; three prizes went to Nguyen Thi Bich Na, teacher of Bao Quang junior high school in Long Khanh town, Le Hoai Nhan, teacher of Long Thanh high school in Long Thanh district, and Vu Duc Vinh, a retire official in Thong Nhat ward. Besides, the organization board gave awards to twelve other writers and three collectives who made great contributions to the contest.

According to the organizing board, the number of participants as well as the quality of the contest has more and more increased.
According to Mr. Tran Huy Thanh, Editor-in-Chief of the Dong Nai Newspaper and one of the organizers, the contest has contributed greatly to the campaign “Study and Follow Ho Chi Minh’s Moral Example”, allowing the whole Party and the people have a deeper awareness of the great value of Ho Chi Minh’s thought and moral example, as well as making great change in the practice of following the President’s example, in order to strive for national independence and freedom, the people’s happiness, and pushing back the political, moral and lifestyle regression, and solving social problems.
The writing contest aims to promote the campaign to study and follow President Ho Chi Minh’s example in ethics. It will last until
