There are many kind-hearted people willing to help juvenile offenders re-integrate into the community. Pham Duc Binh, Director of Bien Hoa city- based Thanh Binh Joint Stock Company who shared sympathies with juvenile offenders, said that his company is willing to recruit them after leaving reform schools.
Another example is Mr. Hoang, who is owner of a motor vehicle shop in Bien Hoa city. He told that every year, he provides free of charge motor vehicle training to tens of juveniles who are living in extreme difficulties. He said that he is always close to his trainees and cares and shares everything with them, teaching them the value of life and how to earn an honest living.
During the past time, Hoang made many efforts to help the children to leave their bad habits in order to become good citizens for the society. His students are not only provided vocational training but also life skills.
Students living in reform schools are given a better chance at a productive life thanks to the agreement on a project, entitled Juvenile Crime Prevention and Reintegration that has been signed by the Department of Prison Management (V26) of the Ministry of Public Security and the international charity Plan.
