Accordingly, 21,302 laborers have been recruited to work at foreign invested enterprises, 7,140 workers at private enterprises; the province has also created on-the-spot jobs for 18,538 laborers through the province’s social - economic program. However, the job market in Dong Nai is still lack of well-trained workers. Presently, Dong Nai’s industrial parks are short of around 15,000 laborers.
