“Day for the poor” campaign needed to further step up

(ĐN)- Lately, the provincial Party Committee issued the Document No.1670 CV/TU on stepping up the “Day for the Poor” campaign. In the document, the provincial Party Committee requests to deeply disseminate Party and State’s poverty reduction policies to Party organizations, State agencies, units in the province aiming to improve the awareness and responsibility of the officials, party members, youth union members and individuals on poverty reduction efforts as well as enhance the will of the poor to overcome difficulties and poverty. Besides, it is necessary to mobilise all resources, including enterprises, social organizations and individuals in the province to participate in and effectively implement the campaign. Accordingly, further efforts needed to be  made to raise fund for the poor and help them to escape poverty.
