Games for the disabled opens in Dong Nai

(ĐN)- The 2nd Dong Nai Provincial Games for the Disabled is opened today at Dong Nai Sporting Hall. This is a significant activity to mark the nation’s official day for recognising disabled people (April 18). The event is held every two years.

(ĐN)- The 2nd Dong Nai Provincial Games for the Disabled is opened today at Dong Nai Sporting Hall. This is a significant activity to mark the nation’s official day for recognising disabled people (April 18). The event is held every two years. The competition is organised jointly by the Dong Nai Department of Labour, War Invalid and Social Affairs and the province’s Department of Sports and Physical Training. This year’s event attracts 129 athletes from 10 delegations from all over the province. The Games features five sports including swimming, badminton, table tennis, weight lifting and gymnastics.

The Games will be concluded on April 13 and the awarding ceremony will be held on the same day.
