Out of total disabled people, 78 are in the working ages and need vocational training to help them build careers and help them become self-sufficient. Thus, Dinh Quan district’s People’s Committee has assigned to the district vocational center to provide free vocational training for the disabled in areas such as carpentry, joinery, motor vehicle repair, electronics, civil engineering, tailoring and animal care … where opportunities for employment may exist within the district.
