(ĐN)- An official launching ceremony of the national movement involved “the Action Month for Food Safety” was held in Dong Nai on April 20.
A major event involves the Action Month for Food Safety, which annually promotes food safety nationally, to all consumers. The movement is designed to develop and promote food safety messages to a wide range of audiences and stakeholders at all stages of the food chain. The objective of the movement is to prevent food borne illness, food poisoning and any other problems related to food through increasing food hygiene awareness among food manufacturers, producers, processors and vendors. The movement takes place during a month from 20 April until May 15, 06.
