Recently, the Pho Khanh commune’s Party Committee and its People’s Committee have held a ceremony to hand over house of gratitude to heroic mother Nguyen Thi Mot, who used to protect and help Doctor Dang Thuy Tram in the anti-American resistance. A reporter from Dong Nai Newspaper attended the ceremony. The house covers an area of over 56 square meters with an expenditure of about VND 45 million. Of which, Dong Nai Newspaper’s readers donated VND20 million, the rest was contributed by mother Mot’s relatives. At the ceremony, mother Nguyen Thi Mot and the Pho Khanh commune’s leaders expressed sincere thanks to Dong Nai Newspaper’s Editorial Board and its readers for their generous donations.
