The figure brought the number of passengers checking in at the airport during the month to 170,000, a year-on-year increase of 6 percent.
The airport has improved its services to create favourable conditions for overseas Vietnamese, including increasing the number of customs officers and screening machines.
Besides, hundreds of young volunteers have been present at the airport to help overseas Vietnamese and international visitors complete their entry-exit procedures more rapidly.
