(ĐN) – The provincial Committee of Population, Family and Children together with the local Women’s Union and Red Cross and others are launching the 7th movement in 2005 entitled "Giving a helping hand to poor children". This movement is being carried out in the month of acting for children with its purpose of mobilizing the local people, civil service employees, workers, members of the Youth Union and pupils to give clothes and learning aids to outstanding poor children in the province. All communes, and wards will mobilize the people to collect these and give them to the underprivileged children at these places. In levels of districts, town and city, these will be collected and give to the local poor children in next month.
