Specifically, according to Plan No. 290/KH-UBND, issued by the Dong Nai City People’s Committee on September 30, 2026, on organizing activities in response to National Digital Transformation Day 2026 in the city, a number of key activities will be carried out. These include promoting the messages of National Digital Transformation Day 2026; stepping up the campaign “Go to every alley, knock on every door, and guide every resident in digital skills, the use of digital services and digital signatures”; and promoting the “Digital Literacy for All Campaign” across Dong Nai City.

Meanwhile, relevant departments, agencies and units will carry out activities to promote e-commerce, online shopping and cashless payments. They will also implement commune-level digital transformation models toward developing several “smart wards” in the city, as well as organize thematic conferences on digital transformation in conjunction with DIGIFEST Dong Nai 2026 and Dong Nai City Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Week 2026.

The city also encourages telecommunications companies, digital technology firms, e-commerce businesses, banks and digital service providers to launch promotional programs and incentives to encourage the use of digital products and services. In addition, a training conference on the Dong Nai City Digital Architecture Framework (Version 1.0) and the contest “Dong Nai Digital Citizens: Smart Skills – Professional Public Service” are expected to be organized and launched during this period.
