MoHA receives Dong Nai delegation of revolutionary contributors

To mark the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2), a delegation of revolutionary contributors from Dong Nai City, led by Nguyen Thi Hoang, Vice Chairwoman of the municipal People's Committee, paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum and was received by leaders of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) on August 26.

According to Dong Nai leader, the city has implemented a range of policies to support revolutionary contributors and their families. It has also organized activities to honor fallen soldiers and support their families, while carrying out the “500-day-and-night campaign to accelerate the search for, recovery and identification of martyrs' remains.” To mark the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, Dong Nai has organized visits, gift-giving activities and meetings with revolutionary contributors and those who took part in the resistance.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Thi Ha praised Dong Nai's efforts to care for people with meritorious services. She also expressed her gratitude to those who had devoted themselves and made sacrifices for the country's independence and freedom. Deputy Minister wished the delegation members good health and happiness, and encouraged them to continue serving as role models for younger generations.
