The approved resolutions include a resolution on naming Huong Lo 2 Road (section from National Highway 51 to the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway) as Nguyen Huu Canh Boulevard, as well as a resolution on approving the list of four land-recovery projects for land-use-rights auctions in 2026.

In addition, the council adopted a resolution repealing Resolution No. 26/2021/NQ-HDND dated December 8, 2021, issued by the former Dong Nai Provincial People’s Council, which regulated the handling of facilities that failed to meet fire prevention and fighting requirements and had been put into operation before the 2001 Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting took effect. Another resolution stipulates funding allocation levels to support the drafting and completion of legal normative documents by all-level People’s Councils, all-level People’s Committees and Chairpersons of People’s Committees  across Dong Nai City.
