According to the provincial People’s Committee, the 2025 survey on citizen and organizational satisfaction with the services of state administrative agencies in Dong Nai Province recorded a 92.97 percent rate. This accomplishment reflects a clear improvement in service quality and affirms the initial effectiveness of the province's administrative reform measures.

The year 2025 marked the first year Dong Nai Province operated under the two-tier local government model following the reorganization of its administrative units. The satisfaction survey was conducted to evaluate the quality of public administrative service delivery in this new context, thereby enabling the timely identification of “bottlenecks” in digital transformation and public service provision. At the same time, the survey helped capture the needs and aspirations of citizens, providing a basis for proposing practical, appropriate solutions to further improve the quality of administrative services across the province.

Compared with previous years, the 2025 survey was significantly expanded in scale. While in 2024 the survey was conducted at only 28 focal units, in 2025 it comprehensively covered 108 agencies and units throughout the province, including 13 departments, branches, and sectors, as well as 95 communes and wards. More than 3,200 survey forms were scientifically allocated in proportion to the volume of administrative procedure dossiers handled by each agency and unit, ensuring the representativeness and reliability of the results. The survey findings indicated that the overall satisfaction rate across the province in 2025 reached 92.97 percent, clearly demonstrating a marked improvement in service quality.
