In the past time, the union has made many efforts to support women under difficult circumstances, help them to stabilize production and improve living condition, present scholarships to poor members’ children, etc.
During the first half of this year, Dong Nai provinces Women Union admitted more than 8,277 new members, bringing the number of its members to more than 487,000.
Over the remaining months of the year, the union will continue its efforts to proactively understood women’s demand and aspiration to help them overcome difficulties, develop women’s movements and raise the quality of activities of women’s associations at all levels.
