(ĐN)- A ceremony was held Wednesday morning in Dong Nai province to mark the 63rd anniversary of President Ho’s appeal for patriotic emulation (June 11). Also present at the event were Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai and Chairwoman of the provincial Front Fatherland Committee Nguyen Thi Kim Lien.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai stressed the need to enhance awareness of the importance of the patriotic emulation movement among civil service employees, officials and people in the province, attach the province’s emulation movement to the campaign for “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example” to make it a driving force towards sustainable development in the province, contributing to successfully fulfilling all socio-economic targets set by the province.
Also at the ceremony, 141 units and individuals were presented noble awards by the Communist Party and the State in regconition of their excellent achievements and outstanding contribution to the province’s development and and 17 individuals received campaign medals “ For the Cause of Emulation and Rewards”.
