The affected farmers will receive VND60 billion of the compensation sums seven days after the signing and the remainder before January 14 next year.
The Taiwanese MSG maker also agreed to pay the Peoples Committees of Nhon Trach and Long Thanh Districts, where the affected farmers live, VND500 million each for expenses involved in estimating the losses.
