Particularly, only 14 villages and quarters in the district were recognized as “cultural quarters” in 2000 ,and the figure was 117 in 2009, accounting for 80.69 percent.
Until now, the district has established 20 family clubs; over 96 percent of households in Tan Phu have registered to build cultural families.
