The developer says it has invested some US$64 million to develop the Sen Phuong
The company has launched a sales program for the project, offering 54 villas at an average price of around VND4.2 billion per unit. Deposits have been placed for half of the launched units.
Nestled in Dai Phuoc Lotus project, the villa area got off the ground in April this year, and as planned, a model villa village will be finished by the fourth quarter of this year.
Dai Phuoc Lotus is being developed on 200 hectares on Ong Con Islet in the district with some US$400 million investment capital. A joint venture between VinaCapital Real Estate Ltd and Vina Dai Phuoc Corp and Development Investment Construction Corporation (DIC) is the developer of the project.
When in place in the next five years, the complex project will offer facilities such as office building, resort, shopping center, golf course, sport club, hospital and school.
The developer says it will set up a waterway service with three boats to cater the demand of future residents. The service will be launched by the third quarter of next year.
