Over the past year, the Department in coordination with concerned agencies in promoting the cooperation with international organisations including 14 foreign non-governmental organisations which have been involved in aid providing programmes in Dong Nai. In addition, the Department arranged 311 Vietnamese delegations from Dong Nai visiting 21 countries and territories around the world for oversea working missions, received 155 international delegations to Dong Nai. In 2010, the Department is planning to encourage overseas Vietnamese businesses and intellectuals to join the overseas Vietnamese club in Dong Nai.
On this occasion, the Department received the ISO 9001:2000 certificate for quality management. The certificate confirms that internal quality management system of the Department complies with ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
