(ĐN)- The Dong Nai AO/Dioxin Victims’ Association, on last Friday, sent its delegation to visit and present 100 gifts to AO victims in two districts of Cam My and Xuan Loc. Each gift, valued at VND370,000, included rice, oil cooking, candy, cake and cash worth VND 200,000.

Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hanh, standing vice chairwoman of the association, said that by January 26, the Association received around VND 700 million through contributions of enterprises and individuals across the province, in which, VND 279 million was donated by the Bien Hoa sugar joint stock company. The donated money is used to purchase Tet gifts for AO victims in the province.
From now until the Lunar New Year, the Association will present a total of 1,200 gifts and 3 houses to AO victims in the locality.
