Thirteen of them came from Dong Nai province. They included organisations such as Tin Nghia One-member Limited Liability Co. (Timexco), Long Thanh Golf Trading and Investment Co., Dong Nai Lottery Co., Dong Nai Newspaper, Dong Nai Radio and Television, Industrial Urban Development J.S Company No. 2 (D2D).

The award-receivers also included Mr. Quach Van Duc, General Director of Timexco, Mr. Le Van Nghia, General Director of Long Thanh Golf Course, Mr. Tran Huy Thanh, Editor-in-Chief of Dong Nai Newspaper, Mr. Mai Song Be, Director of Dong Nai Radio and Television, Mr. Vu Ngoc Thuan, General Director of Dong Tien Garment Co., Mr. Huynh Van Binh, Chairman of Dong Nai provincial Study Promotion Association, Mr. Ninh Duc Hoa, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Branch of Bao Viet Group.
This is the second time the Ministry of Education and Training has organized this event. The first ceremony was held in 2007. Since then, the education sector has received more than US$18 million and 167,000sq.m of land from donors.
