(ĐN)- 10 provincial associations on Thursday held a ceremony to review their emulation movements in 2009 and sign a mutual agreement in 2010.
During the past three years, local associations have strengthened their organizations and effectiveness.
At the ceremony, the Study Encouragement Association, the Charity Association and the Elderly Association were proposed for awarding the province’s emulation flags for their outstanding achievements while the Literature and Arts Association, the journalists’ association and the Union of Science and Technology Associations received certificates of merit of Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee.
