Dong Nai NA Deputies meet voters in districts

In Nhon Trach district, many voters complained about administrative procedures, land compensation and relocation for residents. In addition, they also complained that salaries of workers in industrial parks were low and insufficient for living.

In Long Thanh district, the granting of housing and land ownership certificates as well as the granting of certificates or permission for land use purpose changes were the most concerns of local voters. They also asked the local government to increase investment in rural infrastructure such as irrigation works, rural roads… as well as to repair Highway No.51 which was flooded with rainwater due to poor drainage system.

At the meeting, delegates and representatives of local authorities answered questions and comments raised by the voters. Standing Deputy Secretary Le Hong Phuong urged the authorities of the two districts to pay attention to solve problems of local people.

On the same day, Duong Trung Quoc, a National Assembly deputy from Dong Nai province also held meetings with voters in districts of Tan Phu and Dinh Quan.

Mr. Duong Trung Quoc reported on the results of the sixth session of the 12th National Assembly to local voters. They were happy when viewing great achievements made by the country during the past years.

At the meeting,  many voters complained about overloaded trucks carrying sand that caused severe damage to roads, limited or poor health care services provided by the district’s hospital. They also said that the “collective” or “cooperative” economic sector remained weak, its growth was slow and unstable…

Local authorities answered questions and comments raised by the voters. Mr. Duong Trung Quoc pledged to present the concerns of local voters to the National Assembly for consideration at the upcoming session.
