(ĐN)- Thong Nhat General Hospital recently held a ceremony to honor typical units and individuals who had actively participated in the emulation movement.
Over the past five years, the 820-bed hospital has provided medical care for 2,675,000 patients and 221,000 people have received inpatient treatment in the hospital. During the past years, the hospital has achieved encouraging results through the combination between emulation activities with sharpening the medical ethics.

In the emulation movements, 487 individuals were awarded the "Grassroots-Level Emulation Fighter" title, 58 others received certificates of merit from the Provincial People’s Committee, 44 awarded with title of the provincial level Emulation Fighter, 3 granted the title of Excellent Doctor and 3 received certificates of merit from the Government. In addition, 75 units were awarded the "Good Labor Collective" title, 32 others received the "Excellent Labor Collective" title, 20 with certificates of merit from the Provincial People’s Committee, 4 with certificates of merit from the Government.
