Speaking at the meeting, a representative of the province’s Committee for HIV/AIDS prevention, Ho Hoang Canh, called on local people and organizations to participate in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
At the same day, Long Khanh town’s Xuan Binh ward also organized a meeting on the occasion of the national action month for HIV/AIDS prevention which takes place from November 10 to December 10.
Xuan Binh ward now has 84 people living with HIV, of them 5 have been full-blown AIDS and 25 others died.
