(ĐN)- Industrial Urban Development J.S Company No. 2 (D2D) and DTC Company recently began building an apartment block called Nguyen Van Troi in Bien Hoa city’s Quang Vinh ward.

The 13-storey building is located on 4,000 sq.m and will be built at an estimated cost of VND150 billion. Construction is expected to be completed by late 2011. Once finished, it will provide more than 200 apartments for resettled households of the city.
