Cargo and passenger transportation expected to post high growth in 2009

(ĐN)- The total investment capital for construction of the projects in Dong Nai province (based on fixed price in 1994) is estimated to reach VND 3,775 billion, up over 10 per cent against 2008.

(ĐN)- The total investment capital for construction of the projects in Dong Nai province (based on fixed price in 1994) is estimated to reach VND 3,775 billion, up over 10 per cent against 2008. Many construction companies in the locality have engaged for the project construction and they has lot of experience in construction of high rise buildings across the province.

The province is expected to post an increase of nearly 4 per cent in cargo transportation by river this year. Accordingly, 2.8 million tons of cargo will move through Dong Nai Port, up almost 11 per cent increase from 2008. The province is also expected to post a 7 per cent year-on-year increase in passenger transportation volume to more than 48 million people.
