The developer says the Son Tien project will be developed on a 375-hectare site with a financial and commercial center, a resort and entertainment sections designed in harmony with the natural surroundings.
Nguyen Tuan Anh, deputy general director of the group, said the amusement project required some US$600 million for development with the first phase up and running after four years of construction.
