(ĐN)- To celebrate 62nd anniversary of War Invalids and Fallen Combatants Day, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Le Hong Phuong, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot, Chairwoman of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thi Kim Lien and representatives burnt incense at the province’s martyrs ceremony to commemorate the heroes and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for national independence.

* In the evening of July 27, the provincial youth union in cooperation with Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs held a candle-lighting ceremony to show their great gratitude to heroic fallen combatants at the province’s martyrs’ ceremony.
The ceremony saw the participation of Chairman Vo Van Mot, Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Lien, Head of the Mass Mobilisation Department Bui Ngoc Thanh, leaders of departments and agencies, youth union members.

* To mark the 62nd anniversary of the day, Long Thanh district’s Military Steering Committee presented a gratitude house and a set of table and chairs to Mrs. Nguyen Thi
Xuan Loc district’s Military Steering Committee handed over a house of gratitude and a television to family of Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang in Gia Ray town.
Each house is built with a cost of VND50 million, financed by “Paying the debt of gratitude” funds of Military Zone and Ministry of Defense. On this occasion, the province’s Military Steering Committee donated VND5 million to each family.
