Dr. Le Thanh Van said that the visit aims to prepare proposals to Politburo and the National Assembly Standing Committee on improving the law, ordinances and other legal documents relating to intellectual property in new fields (such as securities, “ownership” of mineral / water resources…)
Vice Chairman Ao Van Thinh said that the protection of intellectual property in new fields should be defined in legal documents adopted by the Government and the implementation would bring effectiveness and efficiency.
On the same day, the delegation held a working session with the Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
