(ĐN)- Representatives from six southeastern provinces of Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Thuan, Binh Phuoc, Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Tay Ninh recently gathered in Binh Duong province to participate in a conference to review their emulation movements in 2008 and sign a mutual agreement in 2009.
Binh Thuan province took the lead in implementing the emulation movement in 2008 among the Southeastern provinces, Dong Nai secured the second place while Binh Duong settled for the third. These three provinces have been suggested to be awarded with the Excellent Emulation Flags for 2008 by Prime Minister.
