(ĐN)- Phase two of the reproductive health campaign was launched in Dong Nai from August 25 and will run till October 25. Phase 1 of the campaign has been successful. The key areas in the campaign are 113 impoverished communes with high birth rates. More than VND 275 million were spent for the second phase of the campaign. The campaign sets the goal of achieving the rate of contraceptive use among women at 100 per cent.
