(ĐN)- June 29, Chairman of the Provincial Peoples’ Committee Vo Van Mot issued Decision No.2339/QĐ on establishing Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation. It operates following the model of mother-children Company. The corporation is now Mother Company which was based on the reorganized Dong Nai Tobacco one-member limited liability company. Children companies include the following companies that were converted from state enterprises into shareholding companies namely Dong Nai (DN) export-import company, DN breeding company, Phu Son pig breeding company, DN soft drink and beer company, DN cotton company, DN food processing company, Song Ray service and agriculture enterprises, DN agriculture equipment one-member limited liability company and Bien Hoa wrapping and Dong Nai sheffields seed shareholding companies.
The corporation is an independent legal entity and runs following its regulation in accordance with the business law. Its operation mode includes production and financial and investment services. The corporation was officially launched as of July 1, 05 with its operation for the period of 50 years.
