(ĐN)- The Chairman of the Provincial Peoples’ Committee Vo Van Mot has just signed Decision No.2344/QĐ on changing operation of the Dong Nai Import Export Processing Agricultural Products and Food Company (DONAFOODS) into a model of mother-children Company as of July 1, 05. Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc was assigned to act as CEO of DONAFOODS Corporation. It operates under control of the Provincial Peoples’ Committee. The Corporation included the following subsidiaries and affiliated companies namely Thai Binh Donafoods Limited Company, Long Binh One-Member Co. Ltd, Export Cashew Nuts Processing Shareholding Company in Tan Phu and Long Khanh, Long Duc Investment Shareholding Company.
Donafoods Corporation with its charter capital of VND 57 billion functions to invest in agriculture production and food industry processing. The Corporation and its members take responsibility for inheriting legal rights, obligations and benefits of the former company. It is allowed to operate for the period of 50 years since the date of granted business license.
