(ĐN)- Yesterday morning of June 15, Dang Thi Kim Nguyen, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Peoples’ Committee announced the Decision about revision of Master Plan of Bien Hoa city towards 2020 as approved by the Peoples’ Committee of Dong Nai province. Accordingly, the city center will spread over an area approx. 482 hectares that includes the provincial administrative center lying on 67 hectares (to remain the existing area), general trade center, international trade deal, the regional services with their area nearly 100 hectares. . The city trade center will be built over an area of 130 hectares. Particularly, the city administrative, cultural, tourist and trade centers and residential districts of Bien Hoa will spread over an area approx. 55 hectares (extend to 150 hectares in the future) that locate along the road from Vuon Mit T-junction to Hiep Hoa commune. Besides, the city professional centers will be lying in an area of 367 hectares; verdures, lakes and parks with their area of 1,762 hectares. Land reserves for rural expansion will include communes bordering Vinh Cuu, Thong Nhat and Long Thanh districts along with 3 belts of Bien Hoa city and 4 new bridges crossing over the river to

. Quarrying in Hoa An, Tan Van and Tan Hanh will be forbidden by 2010 in order to build park and lake where will become an entertainment place and tourist area for the Bien Hoa inhabitants and others.
