At its third session, the 11th-tenure Dong Nai City People’s Council approved the investment policy for an elevated road project along National Highway 51, stretching from Vung Tau Intersection to the interchange between Vo Nguyen Giap Street and the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway. The project is estimated to carry a total investment of more than VND 16 trillion.
