Tran Bien Ward is encouraging agencies, organizations, households, and high-rise apartment buildings to hang the national flag in celebration of the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – 2026), with special emphasis on marking the establishment of Dong Nai City.

One of the earliest apartment complexes to respond to the call to hang the red flag with a yellow star was the complex developed by Nam Cao Joint Stock Company (JSC) at the Ha Huy Giap - Vo Thi Sau intersection. All balconies of the building, which is more than 20-storeys' high, have been adorned by the developer with a red flag featuring a yellow star.

According to the project management team, the apartment complex has not yet opened for sale. However, the historic April 30 event, especially the establishment of Dong Nai City, has brought great joy to all officials, employees, and workers who are completing construction of the building.

More than 10 workers were mobilized to hang 150 flags along the two front sides of the apartment complex. The meaningful task was carried out by the workers with joy and pride.

At the headquarters of the Provincial Farmers’ Association and the Provincial Women’s Union, windows facing Vo Thi Sau and Ha Huy Giap streets have been decorated with decals featuring the hammer-and-sickle flag and the national flag. Officials and staff members of both organizations have also hung additional strings of flags in the courtyard, creating a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere to celebrate the country’s major holiday and the historic milestone of Dong Nai becoming a city.

Meanwhile, at two large apartment towers, Amber Court and Topaz Twins, located opposite each other on D9 Street, residents have respectfully displayed national flags in neat rows across their balconies.

At Topaz Twins, the management board has erected an additional row of more than 50 flagpoles at the front of the property, adding further solemnity and pride to the residential area.

Many apartment buildings across Tran Bien ward are also urgently ordering new flags to be displayed within the next one to two days, contributing practically to the April 30 celebrations and the forthcoming official elevation of Dong Nai to city status.
