Binh Phuoc ward meets with young entrepreneurs’ associations on investment promotion

Binh Phuoc Ward People’s Committee held a working session with the Young Entrepreneurs’ Associations (YEA) of Dong Nai City, Tay Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City on September 23 to prepare for the 2026 Investment Promotion Conference and Business Dialogue, scheduled for mid-October.

Attending the meeting were Phan Tan Dat, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam YEA and Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City YEA; Dang Quoc Nghi, Chairman of the Dong Nai City YEA; Nguyen Minh Tam, Chairman of the Tay Ninh YEA; and leaders of Binh Phuoc ward.

Covering an area of approximately 86.39 sq km and home to around 120,000 people, Binh Phuoc ward enjoys favorable conditions for development and transport connectivity. The ward is currently home to about 2,200 enterprises and 6,300 household businesses, while commercial, service and industrial activities, along with urban infrastructure, continue to expand and receive investment.

In preparation for the investment promotion conference, the ward has developed an investment promotion handbook that initially identifies 12 projects across six priority areas. These areas include new urban development; the area around Suoi Cam Lake, with a focus on high-quality services, tourism, entertainment and recreation; trade, services and logistics; finance and banking; high-quality healthcare and education; and social infrastructure.

At the meeting, representatives of the young entrepreneurs’ associations shared their experience and offered recommendations to Binh Phuoc ward on preparing for and organizing the investment promotion conference. The associations agreed to help promote the ward’s potential and investment opportunities among their members and partners, while strengthening links among local authorities, YEAs, businesses and investors. The parties also agreed to maintain long-term coordination and gradually turn investment interest into specific cooperation programs and projects.

Vice Chairman of Binh Phuoc Ward People’s Committee Dao Dinh Chi said the ward considers businesses one of the important resources driving local development. Within the scope of its functions and responsibilities, the ward authorities are committed to proactively providing information, facilitating connections, coordinating with and accompanying businesses and investors as they explore investment opportunities in the area. Through these efforts, the ward aims to promote the socio-economic development of Binh Phuoc ward in a manner commensurate with its position as a major center in Northern Dong Nai.
